Living/Dining Area
Bright and inviting with great views over the River Forth and beyond. A connecting balcony, furnished with patio table and chairs, lets you take in the views and the fresh air. The living area is tastefully decorated in neutral colours and leather upholstery. An entertainment system provides LCD DTV, DVD player and Mini Hi-Fi with radio, CD and cassette player. Extra TV channels are available via integrated Freeview. The dining table seats four and overlooks the river and garden, an ideal vantage point for watching the sunset or the local wildlife.
Bedroom
Twin/double (super king) set as preferred overlooking the river. Furnished with wardrobe with full length mirror, chest of drawers and bedside table giving ample storage for two. A radio alarm clock and hairdryer are provided. All linen is provided and changed weekly.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave with combi-grill, gas hob and electric oven. There is also an electric grilling machine, toaster, and electric kettle. All the usual crockery and accessories are also provided. The view of the historic Forth Rail Bridge from the kitchen window is unique.
Bathroom
Small but well designed fully tiled shower room with power shower and plenty of storage contained within built in vanity units. All fittings are very high quality including the wall mounted illuminated mirror and adjacent shaver point. Plenty of towels are provided which can be changed as necessary.
General
The flat has shared secure access with one other flat and is quite private. The shared area is non smoking. The flat is double glazed throughout and has full gas central heating and instantaneous hot water. A living flame gas fire provides additional or alternative heating in the lounge.
The flat does not have a telephone land line so a mobile is recommended. A pay phone is available in the hotel across the road.
Ironing board, iron and clothes horse are provided, also a vacuum cleaner for the house proud.
To comply with safety regulations the flat is fitted with smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms. These are VERY LOUD when activated and strongly recommend the extractor fans are operated when cooking or showering. The premises are non-smoking.

- 3 nights – £140.00 GBP
- 4 nights – £180.00 GBP
- 5 nights – £205.00 GBP
- 6 nights – £225.00 GBP
- 7 nights – £240.00 GBP
Each additional night costs £34.00 GBP.
